Tracy was an excellent inspector! The sellers had hired another home inspection company on their own so they could find the home’s faults and fix them before putting it on the market. Due to this, we assumed that the home would be free of flaws, but hired CQI just in case. Tracy arrived nice and early, found a bunch of things the seller’s inspector missed, and due to his keen eye and experience, we were able to have the seller fix a bunch of things that otherwise would have become an expensive burden after buying. Highly recommend CQI for quality of inspection as well as great service from Tracy and his colleagues.
